Mr. Shakeb Syed is the Chief Economist at SpareBank1
Markets. He has extensive experience in macroeconomic and market research,
both from his existing position and from his previous employer; Handelsbanken
Capital Markets. Syed is frequently in media, sharing his views and
analysis. Syed has studied both at London School of Economics and
at The Norwegian Business School, the latter from which he holds a
MsC Economics degree.

Mr. Svein Harald Øygard and Mr. Martin Bech
Holte are both senior advisors with McKinsey & Company. Øygard
has been with McKinsey since 1995, though leaving to serve as interim
Central Bank Governor of Iceland after the 2008 financial collapse.
He has also served as State Secretary in the Norwegian Ministry of
Finance in 1990-1994 and worked for some years in the Ministry of
Finance and in the Committee of Fiscal affairs. Martin Bech Holte
